As we near the end of Windows 10 support in October here are some FAQs:

Will W10 stop working? No, it will work, but won't get important updates including security updates. However, as of now, Windows Security (Defender) AV will continue updating.

Is there a way to extend support? Yes, there are three ways that will be provided soon in the update section of your computer. One, create or sign into a Microsoft Account if you don't have one. It is worded as "backup" in the choices. Two, earn 1000 rewards points by using Bing, Edge, Xbox, App Store...
Three, pay Microsoft $30 for one year of updates.
