Alamance Cares offers free, no needle HIV walk in testing every Tuesday with no appointment needed from 11:00 am-3:00 pm at the Alamance Cares office at 3025 S. Church Street, Burlington, NC. Other times for testing are by appointment so contact us at 336-538-8111 to schedule a test at other times other than walk in testing.
