Knee pain wasn’t the real problem. Poor running mechanics were. 🏃♂️
These videos are a perfect example of why treating symptoms alone isn’t enough.
Before:
❌ Knee pain was limiting every run.
❌ Significant overstriding was increasing stress on the knee.
❌ Confidence was low because every run felt unpredictable.
After:
✅ Overstride reduced by more than 50%.
✅ Running mechanics became smoother and more efficient.
✅ Less stress on the knee. More confidence with every stride.
Pain doesn’t always mean you need to stop running. Sometimes it means you need to change how you’re running.
By identifying the root cause and combining strength, mobility, and running-specific retraining, we were able to improve efficiency—not just reduce pain.

Before you blame your knees, take a look at your running mechanics.
Three simple cues that can make a big difference:
✅ Increase your cadence (think quicker feet, not longer strides)
✅ Run tall (lean from your ankles, not your waist)
✅ Focus on pulling your leg underneath you instead of pushing off the ground
These won’t solve every case of knee pain, but they’re some of the most common running form issues I see when analyzing runners—and they’re a great place to start.
