I've not been on this platform in awhile but it was good for me. Here is some of what I've been up to and seen. Doesn't show a fraction of it... But it's a step.

Finally got this one in a ground after 9 months of back and forth with the insurance.

It sure does feel good being able to make it possible for a homeowner to get a new roof. When they thought (and it looked like tbh). Impossible. Got that sucker approved and gave value to another human being. For me that's what it's all about.
