Multi-Family Apartment Community is seeking a full-time maintenance employee to complete apartment turns/punches and assist with general repairs and grounds. Experience is required.

*Must have the following skills:

*Replacement of electric light fixtures and appliances.
*General plumbing.
*Installing tile backsplash and bathroom wall tile.
*Painting with roller/brush or sprayer.
*Drywall / sheetrock repairs.
*Carpentry.
*Basic construction knowledge to remodel an apartment.

*Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
*Must be detailed in a fast-paced environment.
*Must have reliable transportation.
*Must pass drug & background check/EOE

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am -5 pm
Some weekends and on-call may be required.
