We're officially starting the second half of 2026 today with our top Core Value and that's Follow the Golden Rule under our God Honoring pillar! It's simple, it's powerful, it's pretty easy to do ... treat others how you would want to be treated.

The ‘Golden Rule’, otherwise known as the ethic of reciprocity, is the belief that people should aim to treat each other as they would like to be treated themselves – with tolerance, consideration and compassion. Based on a bible verse in Matthew 7:12, it is a simple and clear default position for moral decision-making.

Applying the Golden Rule in business makes a lot of sense. Treat your clients right and they’ll be more inclined to do business with you. Treat co-workers fairly, and they’ll be more motivated to work together and provide excellent service!
