Reflecting back on our “Jewel of the Jungle” from 2022 and how much fun it was to be in Palm Beach and meet so many amazing friends. It takes a village of amazing sponsors and workrooms to pull this off in such a short amount of time. I am grateful to all of them that helped bring our vision to life!

For the 5th Annual Kips Bay Showhouse in Palm Beach, I created a series of spaces designed to lift spirits and create a sense of optimism through jubilant colors and patterns. The colorful casita, known as “The Jewel of the Jungle,” merges design elements from my favorite sunny locales including Marrakech, Costa Rica, the Cote d’Azur and Palm Beach. Guests enter through a garden reminiscent of Villa Oasis, the Moroccan home of Yves St. Laurent and Pierre Bergé. The tropical paradise continues inside with a Matisse-inspired palette mixed with a heavy dose of Palm Beach panache. This is my idyllic haven to entertain friends from near and far…. a place to have fun, laugh and host a range of colorful characters where the surroundings reflect their joie de vivre.

C'est si bon! Wishing all my friends bon voyage on wonderful trip to Deco-Off and Maison et Objet this week. Reminiscing on past trips and inspiration....like this stunning staircase inspired by the iconic one at ...my favorite place to stay. Our client fell in love with the aubergine accents which became a starting point for the rest of the home.
