Congrats to all the athletes who raced Augusta 70.3 and IM Chattanooga yesterday!

I was thrilled to support two of my athletes as they became IRONwoMEN last night!

Congrats to Matt Maccaroni on his smoking bike leg in the relay at North Carolina 70.3! 3rd place for team Pastas and the Pro!

Had the opportunity to do the first-timer Q&A and the nutrition talk at IM Chattanooga.

Attn IM Chatty athletes: the rumors are true, there will be a new bike course.

The course map has been posted. The total elevation gain is far from the worst case scenario being rumored.

I don’t know if this is a forever change. I don’t know if the 70.3 course will change.
