Everyone loves a fresh start, but what about tying up the loose ends of a closed chapter? It can be grueling if we try and tackle it alone needlessly.
Our seller bought a beautiful new home with us last year and felt confident it would take a couple of months to get her old house ready to list. Life happened and months later she called us in to give expert eyes and form a plan to get sold FAST.
Lists were made, family enlisted, donations picked up, contractors and handymen were hired, we scrubbed, we staged and piece by piece we got our lovely seller on the market and under contract in 1 day and $7k over list price.
The win is always in getting the job done well for a client but my gratitude goes much deeper on this time. To have the privilege of helping someone gain closure and make easier a path they couldn’t see clearly on their own is an experience that can’t be measured in commission.
For a Friday the 13th closing we are feeling pretty lucky and completely affirmed in the way we handle our business.
