Plot twist: there’s no finish line. Just healing. Ongoing. Spiral-shaped. Honest.

The new moon 🌑 tapped me on the shoulder and said, “Hey. Small rituals still save lives.”
So the timer is BYKE 🤳🏾
Five minutes. One smile. Proof I’m still here, still soft, still choosing myself.
