🍕 After 31 years of amazing service, the Cotswold location of Wolfman Pizza closed earlier this week 🍕

TAKE HEART THOUGH ♥️: the Quail Corners location (ca. 2004) and Food Truck are STILL OPEN! So support these remaining ‘lone wolfs’ 🌖 AND, the sign has been saved.

HISTORY 📰: Famous for its ‘Hollywood Wolfman’ decor, Wolfman Pizza was founded in 1991 by Barry & Chris Wolfman, who had recently moved to Charlotte from Steamboat Springs, Colorado ⛷️ Their 1st location (McMullen Creek Market) opened in September 1991, and their 2nd location (Selwyn Corners) opened in November 1992.

The Cotswold Mall restaurant - their 3rd location - opened in January 1994, and was officially called Wolfman Pizza & Pasta 🍝 The original logo was showcased above the order station 🐺 Many other locations followed.

Cotswold Village initiated a tenant transformation in recent months and it will be very difficult to fill this void 🛍️
