Same outfit but different…linen dress 👗

Switching up my same outfit but different by doing this reel. I actually don’t have a photo in this dress from before!

The video where you see me in the dark was when we celebrated our Anniversary last year. We had gotten drinks after dinner and before we left to go home I asked Cody to take a video of my outfit!

The smaller video was from this past April, I went to the first ever Bookpooloza. It was hot out that day!

What I switched up:
-Added a head scarf
-Wore green sneakers (tied in with the scarf)

Just by adding 2 things, this outfit felt totally different!

The new way to take a photo…Giggle Giggle *Pose*

Every month we LKN girlies have been making the trek to CLT to checkout all the awesome places. When we were getting content, Annie said “giggle giggle, pose”...so of course it became a whole video!

It’s really a fun way to get some photos…so next time it’s just you or a group of girls, try this out!

Fix up this silk scarf with me! 🪡

My mother-in-law gave me this scarf. This one is different because it has a small hole to go over your head. I tried it that way but didn’t love it. So I put it on as a one shoulder and loved it! Only issue was that it was constricting! So I decided to take off the black trim to give myself more room. Here’s step by step:

-Get a seam ripper and carefully rip the seams. I went a little too fast and made a hole further down that I wanted (it ended up okay though!)
-Clean up the edges by cutting them
-Try it on, see if you like it or need to cut more
-Take a lighter like I have in the video (white one) and slowly seal the edges.

Supplies needed:
-Seam ripper
-Fabric scissors
-Lighter

Now it’s ready to style! I’ll be bringing this top to tonight where I am talking about all things fashion!
