New affordable housing for seniors and families! Mosaic was recently awarded funding for two new affordable housing properties in Charlotte. Bingham Park will provide 60 apartments for seniors and a property on West Sugar Creek Road will offer 180 apartments for families. Also in Charlotte, Magnolia Senior Apartments on Beatties Ford Road will be ready for occupancy in January 2019.
