Current situation in my office. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Schools are closed and some additional screen time is just gonna have to fly these next several weeks while I try to navigate this new normal of working from home with a 3 year old. Typically I have my mom and MIL to help me out during the week, but I’m keeping him away from them to protect them until I feel confident that the risk has blown by us. 💛Grateful that we are home and healthy, and grateful that I am able work from home as I know so many are not that fortunate. Aside from my husband who is still required to be at the office (don’t get me started on that 🤬), our family isn’t leaving the house or our backyard for the foreseeable future. It is scary to see so many people I know and that I follow here on IG who are still out and about, acting like all is well in the world, and it terrifies/infuriates me that not everyone is doing all that they can to flatten the curve and slow the spread of this virus. Please, please think about our healthcare system, the elderly and those with compromised immune systems and know that your actions have a direct effect on their wellbeing and possibly even their life. I don’t typically share my personal opinions on social media, but feel it’s irresponsible to keep quiet on this subject. I understand and I empathize if you are unable to stay home from work, but playdates, dining out, craft beers and coffee runs can wait. No one single person is above this and we can’t slow the spread to protect others unless we are all in this, hunkered down together. This is not a political thing, it’s a humanity thing. Stay home. Love on your littles or your dog or your cat or roommate or SO and be grateful and aware that we still have the chance to make a difference before it’s too late. 💛🙏🏻🌎

Just got back from a magical vacation at Disney World with my fam and it has been HARD getting back into the swing of things this week! Maybe I’m getting old 👵🏻 or maybe it’s because I’m 21 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼 but I feel like I need a week to recover and catch up on rest. 😂 Anyone else struggle to transition from vacay back to work mode? 🙋🏼‍♀️
