Stay consistent by scheduling your workout classes at the beginning of each week. Treat them like any other important appointment, and you’ll be much more likely to stay on track and keep your healthy habits all summer long!

Mary Dare recently led this HIIT + strength workout, and it’s the perfect routine to save for vacation or anytime you need a quick, effective workout.

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Repeat for 4 rounds.

Workout:
• Squats
• Split-Leg Lunges
• Lateral Raises
• Mountain Climbers
• Lateral Lunge with Shoulder Press
• Lateral Bounds

This full-body workout combines three strength exercises with three cardio-focused movements to build strength, elevate your heart rate, and maximize your workout in minimal time.
