This semester I had the opportunity to attend and present some of my ongoing research at the Western Academy of Management (WAM) Conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The entire experience was surreal in the best way!

I am incredibly grateful for the thoughtful and constructive feedback I received from faculty, as well as from colleagues who attended the session. The discussion and insights were extremely helpful as I continue developing this work.

Conferences like WAM are always a valuable reminder of how collaborative and supportive the research community can be. I’m grateful for the opportunity to test ideas, receive feedback, and continue refining my dissertation research.

Now it’s back to the writing and analysis until the next conference!
