I had my first reflexology appointment today and it did not disappoint. My girl Erin Juanita Rice has a passion for women and truly blessed me with her hands today.

Reflexology triggers relaxation, resulting in reduced levels of stress and tension. This practice is also helpful in increasing blood flow and circulation throughout the body.
