Hi, if you’re new to my page… 👋✨

I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m Lisa Passehl, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach + Consultant, wellness advocate, and someone deeply passionate about helping people feel better from the inside out — with a realistic, sustainable, whole-person approach to wellness.

But beyond the wellness space, I’m also a wife, girl mom (x2), and doodle mom 🐾 (x2), a lover of fitness, good food, books and music, travel, sunshine, meaningful moments with family and friends, and anything that fills the soul (whether that’s mountain air or salty beach days ⛰️🏝️).

My work is rooted in 5 pillars of wellness (the foundation of my workshops and health coaching philosophy), because true well-being isn’t just about what’s on your plate — it’s about how you care for yourself - Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Environment and Habits - to support the life you want to create.

Here, I help people create healthier, happier, more aligned lives through:

✨ The Pangea Reset — my 90-day transformation program combining personalized 1:1 coaching with group support and accountability
