• brush 3x daily, I recommend the .hair brush! be sure to separate the hair, brushing section by section. I like to brush in 3 sections on my hair: the bottom weft, top weft, & top! This works out hidden tangles!

• Always thoroughly dry the top of each weft (even after a workout sesh!)
This keeps the hair & threads from swelling & separating, and prevents matting.

• Never sleep on wet hair. Hair is most fragile when wet, & this will keep your extension hair from unnecessary stress.

• Oil [with a professional grade, clear oil] on the ends daily

• Wash in sections (section up each weft, wash one at a time!)

we pre-lightened the hair to start pulling out the existing box-dye (it’ll be a gradual process), then applied a glaze using an color specifically formulated for her!!

one thing i adore about aveda’s color line — is that it’s incredibly customizable! ✎★ we literally take a neutral base, and then custom add colors in very specific measurements (down to the gram) to tweak the resulting hues you see! I geek out a little bit when it comes to formulating and love the challenge!! I think this one turned out beautifully!!★
