Another milestone reached! 👏🏼

This week, our team celebrated the topping out of Sugar Creek, a 350-unit mixed-use development in Charlotte. Reaching this point is a significant accomplishment and a reflection of the dedication, coordination, and hard work this project team has put in over the past several months.

Designed by BB+M Architecture and being delivered for our client S2K, we’re proud to see this project continue taking shape and look forward to the progress ahead!

Last week, we were honored to join the Durham Housing Authority, community leaders, residents, and project partners to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Villages of Hayti in Durham, NC. This long-awaited development marks a significant milestone for the historic Hayti community and the future of affordable housing in Durham.

Once complete, Villages of Hayti will provide 252 affordable apartment homes, helping expand access to quality housing while honoring the rich history and legacy of this neighborhood.

We are proud to partner with Greystone and Moseley Inc. in bringing this long-awaited project to life and look forward to building a community that will serve Durham residents for generations to come.
