Sis… studying the Bible doesn’t have to feel confusing or intimidating 🤍

One of the biggest mistakes I made when first getting serious about my faith was opening my Bible randomly and hoping a verse would magically change my life 😭 And while God absolutely can speak that way, I realized transformation came when I became intentional with the Word.

The goal isn’t just reading to say, “I did my devotion today.” The goal is to actually let Scripture renew your mind, convict your heart, and change the way you live. Because truthfully… reading without application just becomes information.

Something that helped me A LOT was studying based on the season I was in. Anxiety? I searched scripture on peace. Fear? Faith. Confusion? Wisdom. Purpose? Identity. Sis, there is truly an answer in the Bible for everything if you’re willing to search for it.

Also… please don’t take one scripture and run with it 😭 Context matters SO much. Ask questions. Read around the verse. Let yourself be curious. God is not intimidated by your questions.

And most importantly — find community. Bible study was never meant to be a solo journey. Having people to help break down scripture, give perspective, answer questions, and hold you accountable can change everything. 🤍
