Meeting the Neighbors who live in Cotswold Charlotte NC 28211!
Number one response was central location to work! The people I spoke with typically work in uptown or Southpark, however right now working from home during this pandemic.
Secondly the school which most importantly referenced was Myers Park High School. Check out greatschools.org for more information.
Third was walk-ability to stores /restaurants/ parks.
