In order to heal the gaping divide between us as a country and a world, we must come together and learn to understand each other. Evils like racism, war, famine, negligence, crime, will never come to an end until we open our minds and hearts to each other and get a sense of what everyone else is thinking. At the very least, we can admit that there is a problem in how we view things, and work together to see that same view together. When people are hurting or suffering, the world needs to stop until that injustice is fixed.
'Stop denying racism, start dismantling it,' U.N. rights chief says Nations should "start dismantling racism", set up reparations programmes and prosecute law enforcement officials for unlawful killings of people of African descent, the U.N. human rights chief said on Monday.

Summer vacation can be a busy, overwhelming time for many of us. Often, we come back feeling like we need a vacation from our vacation! Perhaps it’s time to rethink what vacation could be. Sure, it’s a great time to embark on an adventure, but it should also be a time to work on yourself. Our everyday lives don’t offer us the opportunity to grow in the connection with the spirit and an understanding of our life’s purpose. A vacation should focus on resting and relaxing our minds and bodies so that they can find each other and connect better.

They think it’s full of rules, that there are right ways and wrong ways to meditate, and that certain intrusions in their meditative state are signs of failure. But real meditation is based on your needs and your goals, not the goals of someone else. You make the rules when it comes to meditation. And you determine how effective it is based on the benefits you reap from it. As long as you do it consistently, focus on the self, the soul, and the spirit, you’re doing it correctly. Don’t overthink it.

The cure for spiritual depression is not medical: rather, it is a wake-up call. By finding clarity and a mission, along with something to believe in, you can overcome the mental rut you’ve put your soul in.
This is not to say that you should treat actual clinical depression in the same way. However, the simple solution for a void in your soul can be found on your own.
Spiritual Depression: Signs, Causes, Coping, and Treatment What is spiritual depression, and how is it different from clinical depression? Learn how to recognize both and find the right kind of support.
