Position Description and Qualifications:

Consistently achieve production requirements and standards efficiently without compromising quality
Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
Promptly report any machinery issues or malfunctions to management
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
Move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Work on the production line with consistent pace and accuracy
Maintain a clean and hazard free work area
Follow instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties
Must become familiar with and adhere to all workplace safety rules and regulations

Desired Experience:

Experience in production or related field(s)
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
Ability to work at a pace required to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt to changes or modifications in the way work is done
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Must be conscientious and pay attention to detail
Availability to work required shifts and hours
Upon hire, it may be necessary to submit to a drug test and/or criminal background check
Upon hire, proof of identity and U.S. employment eligibility is required
Seeking candidates with high school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
