2026 we’re coming for you!! A few grounded reminders as we head into the new year and we start seeing “new year, new you” / go, go, go / buy, buy, buy / lose weight now / reset your entire life etc. all over social media:

* it’s okay if you’re starting the year off slow and you don’t have a routine down in January
* It’s okay if moving your body just means going on a walk when you get 30 minutes to yourself
* It’s okay if self care means just washing your face every night instead of a 10 step skincare regimen
* It’s okay if you wear the same jeans over and over
* It’s okay if you want to workout to get stronger and still celebrate your curves
* It’s okay if you wear something that everyone else doesn’t like
* It’s okay if you don’t have your entire house reorganized
* It’s okay if creating a routine is just figuring out how to balance work, life, and motherhood
