“What exactly does Joshua Higginbotham Consulting, LLC do?”

Over the last 5 years, my consulting company has slowly expanded to provide government affairs services to clients outside of West Virginia into multiple states. In the last 12 months alone, I’ve seen tremendous growth in the federal arena to the point where I’m back & forth to Washington, DC at least once or twice per month.

My company represents clients in the following categories:

• Grant writing & compliance
• Advertising & public/media relations
• Lobbying Congress & State Legislatures
• Business development, government contracts, & large B2B introductions
• Nonprofit fundraising
• Industry association representation

While I call West Virginia home, I’ll continue to serve clients from there along with others in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, & DC.

I’m so proud of how far our family’s Historic Woodlawn Estate has come over the last 6 years!

Just down the street from our house, the West Virginia Youth Symphony hosted their “FestiViola” recital at the Charleston Women’s Club. An original piece, “Dont Look Bach,” was my favorite.

These kids have tremendous talent!

My company is proud to be a sponsor of the annual Children's Home Society of WV 5K at the University of Charleston! This nonprofit does so much to help adoption and foster care in the Mountain State, and we’re happy to donate a Saturday to volunteer to help their staff set up and operate the event.
