I’ve watched Paul grow over the past decade, from a teammate finding his footing to a leader who steadies everyone around him. He didn’t just rise; he lifted the people beside him as he did. That’s the rarest kind of leader there is, and it’s who Paul has become.

Together we’ve broken records, traveled the country, and built a bond that nothing can shake. But the numbers and the miles aren’t the real story. The real story is the man himself, his character, his loyalty, and the way he makes everyone around him better just by being who he is.
