Three Suns Micro Farm

Lots of new grows this week! These and many others will be seen around town for Restaurant Week.

Produce is officially stocked at the Purple Onion. Fresh salad sprouts and dried citrus.

5 variety salad sprouts: great addition to salads/sandwiches, gives a nice fresh crunch. Excellent super food. Harvested yesterday.

Dried citrus: great for cocktails, mocktails, dirty sodas, simmer pots, and/decor.

Only available at the Purple Onion.

Some new grows at the micro farm this week. Some of the most unique greens we’ve grown. Pea shoots with some crazy tendrils and sweet moonshine lupine. Great reviews from a few locals chefs on these. Excited to start offering these next week.

To all my chefs: This week we will be offering sunflower, red amaranth, peas, and 5 variety salad sprouts.
To the public, starting in two weeks we will be offering all of our micros to the public to purchase! Great for all you health nuts and home made meals.

Talk about fresh! These pea sprouts were harvested very early this morning and on lunch plates at Coco’s same day. I love working with this restaurant, their dishes are so unique.
