Pawsitively Pretty Pups

Christmas miracle! I am in recovery from my spinal surgery. It's been a rough road. ER 3 days after surgery. 5 days after, I had a sinus infection (urgent care). The incision was healing great. 22 staples taken out 2 weeks after. No issues.

And then somehow I got covid and bronchitis. What a terrible ride. Ended up in the ER again because my beautiful incision got worrisome after multiple very hot showers to help me breathe (thanks covid!)

Ended up moving into the hospital for 8 days. It was isolating and very hard, but has some solid nurses, techs, doctors, and FOOD. You can not say that about food at a hospital very often. Oh boy, was it good. And the snacks. Thank you, guys, for trying to get me home.

The covid made a mess of my platelets, and I was so dangerously low I needed 2 transfusions. Thankfully, I got a visit in the parking lot from my little one and got to go home on Christmas Eve.

COVID IS NO JOKE. AHHHH. Vaccinations are great, and please, for the love of all that is holy: FINISH YOUR ANTIBIOTICS.

Alongside grooming, I also pet sit. These 2 cuties are regulars at my house. Don't be fooled by those sweet faces. They are sneaky little demons that have already cost their mother a fortune this year.

Hide everything and get pet insurance. That's all I can say. 😭😂 We love them anyway!

My sweet, sweet Summer child. The nicest parents and the bestest pup! Her poor feet are sensitive, and she is NOT a fan of them being touched. We used the good Ole Hammock, and she did so good in it. Isn't she just a cute little lady? Shout out to Sarah for being the nicest pet parent ever! 😘😘😘😘💓💓 (The competition is fierce, though. I have some really nice people bringing their babies to me! But Sarah and her sweet husband showed up to my first ever art event last year with so they win by default 😂 annnd the food bribes). 😂😂😂😘😘💓💓💓🐶

I'm behind on sharing these kids cause I was so busy hanging out with them! Phoebe is the golden retriever of your dreams. Not quite pocket size, but man... so close. She's such a sweetie petitie. 😭💓

I am not kidding. I LOVE DOGS. but. I LOOOOOOOOOVE CATS. You just don't understand. There's nothing like being blessed by a cat. Most dogs will be friendly with anyone. But a cat? You have to earn that. I get the same joy when a shy dog says hi to me. Ahhhh. Serotonin booost.

Anyways, this is the sweet baby wonderful darling that lives with my 2 crazy friends Folly and Bowen 😂💓

Our sweet boy always says hello to me when he sees me walking to the neighbor's houses from the van. Such a sweetheart!

Pom is such a good boy. He stands there for soooooo long and never gives me any trouble. We both sleep like the dead after his haircut 😂 Xander (my baby) his brother was too excited to have his photo taken. All of the shots are blurry. Just know, I got all the kisses.

Happy Friday! It's now Saturday, but that's cause our day was long and hard. Thankfully, we had nothing but good pups ! Delilah gets the mentioned today because look at that faceeee!!!! You'd think she was a puppy but she's a full on lady! She's too smart and good to be a puppy 😂😂
