The seeds of division
Under the guise of inclusion
Killing our fathers vision
While worshiping the illusion

When will they ever learn
As long as the takers rule
Children's future will burn

Maybe the bow has broken
Cup crashes to the floor
The last drop of humanity
Has nothing left to pour

Faint ticking of the clock
A sign beginning the end
Soon it will come to a stop
Nothing left to defend

Having only been able to give
What's in the palm of his hands
To witness it all washed away
By the hour glass and its sand

The guardian angels of his youth
Long returned to heaven's gate
His body and soul now receives
Life's choices steering his fate

Weakness and its aching fragility
Physicality and vigor gives way
The pangs from being a laborer
Future has seen better days

Nothing worthwhile left to give
All has been slowly taken away
What's left has been seized
Supporting needs of the day

Sadness for a feeble champion
Torment for a man of doing
When every ache in his back
Was given for others using

No more powers of observation
No more aspirations or goals
Just prayers to God almighty
To finally rest his weary soul

No wish of cold earth and stone
Only to be peacefully set free
Signal of the rising eastern sun
Poured gently into the sea

My mission is focusing on donations mainly for our winter items needed for our less fortunate throughout the state of South Carolina. A most content disposition

Kmowing it's about the journey
Be awake and morally straight
Not losing yourself in the grind
Or constantly being on the take

Be happy with what you have
A respectable and honest living
That our true purpose in life
Is surely about loving and giving
