This afternoon, Naval ROTC Unit The Citadel had the special privilege of spending time with RADM Milton Sands III, Commander, Naval Service Training Command. Opportunities like these are invaluable for future Naval Officers.

Highlights from the discussion included RADM Sands' 3 Expectations.
1) Treat everyone with respect.
2) Take yourself seriously. (As members of the military profession, we represent more than just ourselves and the American people trust us to do what it right).
3) "Own it" (Take responsibility for all that you do. Demonstrate an internal locus of control)

The Citadel is known for its iconic ring, and those that wear it. This past week the class of 2021 got their rings.
