It doesn’t.
Good leadership means understanding that things rarely go exactly as expected.
Employees leave.

Early in my career, I learned that every mission, project, and major decision needed contingencies. Not because I expected failure, but because I respected reality.
Hope is not a strategy.
When circumstances change, leaders don’t panic. They adapt. They pivot. They execute the next plan.
The leader with one plan is gambling.
The leader with multiple options is leading.
