We are pleased to announce Phase C of the State’s ERP project is now available to all agencies! This phase includes the Financial, Procurement and Treasury functionality, as well as Vendor Self Service.

Our helpdesk is available to help resolve issues that your end users may experience during their transition to wvOASIS.

The helpdesk will have extended hours of operation from 7am – 7pm beginning July 8th through July 22nd. In addition, we have workshops available to our end users beginning July 14th to provide additional assistance. End users must register for the workshops in CourseMill. Please contact [email protected] for training or workshop related questions.

Also, go to myOASIS to view simulations of twenty (20) of the most common functions within the wvOASIS Financial application. These simulations provide step by step instructions, with the ability for end users to test their skills in performing these steps.

Project team members and agency subject matter experts continue to test wvOASIS functionality during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
