🕵️‍♀️Mystery holes, SOLVED!!! A listing agent called with a drywall damage repair request, but no one could figure out where in the world the hole came from. There was no damage on the roof and nothing appeared to be disturbed in the attic....until Iber went up there and starting digging through the insulation. The culprit? Dead wood had fallen in the attic during some settling, storms, or a combination of both. We were able to remove the wood, patch the holes and paint them just in time for the new homeowners to close. The after photos show the wet paint so you can see where the repairs were made.
