You’ve spent so much of your life comparing yourself to others. How Fast they are. What they have. Thinking you’re far behind. You get so caught up in others the thought of you being out there seems impossible….you think of all the work you have to do. You think of all the time you’ll have to pour into this. Saying “well I’m not a runner” or “I have no idea what I’m doing”.

I’m here to remind you to post your runs. Post your lifts. Post your fails. Post your first session. Post how hard it is. Post the struggle. Post your progress and post your wins! Because when you are trying, you are succeeding. You can either let comparison be the reason you don’t go after it, or be the reason you decide to climb.

You have once chance at life. It’s time you start living taking risks. The hard work you have to do is a blessing. When you build you’re going to be so dang grateful of the bottom. You recognize the growth and you get to say I DID THAT. It’s not glamorous being at the bottom, and it’s not glamorous being at the top. Both require hard work, time, effort and energy.

So why not you?
It can be you.
It should be you.
It will be you.

You need to stop being scared of failing, you’re only failing if you decide NOT to. Every moment you’re out there, you are winning. Every time you try, you are growing. Every bad run is progress. Every good run is progress.

At first it’s just, I want to do my first race and cross the finish line.
Then it’s I want to hit a PR.
Then it’s I want to win top 3.
Then it’s I want to get to the world championship.

Doors open for you. Open the first door yourself. START.

Cardio machine and dumbbells, let’s get to work!! Another week of the hot girl summer lift/hyrox challenge! The point of this challenge was to create something for everyone. So if you only have access to dumbbells, this workout is for you!

-5 min bike. Run, any cardio machine you have
-12 db snatches
-12 chest press
-12 bicep curls
Failure overhead db walk
X4

-12 chest flies
1 min renegade row
- 1 min squat to press
- 12 burpee to press
Failure reverse lunges
X4

Optional 500 m ski
1 min rest
X4

Opening a gym is the scariest thing I’ve ever done. I really thought about my purpose of building The Hub. . I always go back to community. You have no idea how much it means to see your beautiful faces show up. The worry and fear I had of, what if nobody shows up? What if I fail? As humans we always think of the what ifs….this is a huge life change. We moved, so many decisions, so much work, but when I’m surrounded by YOU it’s worth it. It’s worth every second….id do it again and again And again just to be around for parts of my day. What you don’t realize is the impact you make on my life. You give me courage. You push me to show up for myself in my training too. You remind me to chase my dreams. Because you show up for me, I can show up for myself and show up for others as the best version of myself.

The way that you have shown up for me/ the Hub has already been life changing. It’s changed my worry’s to confidence. It’s made me realize if one person shows up, it’s still one person I can impact. I don’t have words that could explain the joy and gratitude I feel right now. It’s so hot in Charleston and you guys show up, and KEEP showing up.

I was going to say this is going to be something special, but it already is special. This is special. This is such a beautiful thing to see. Thank you so much for the energy, love and happiness you bring into my life. I’m looking forwards to growing this gym and I’m looking forwards to watching you grow too. It takes a village to do this, you are my village.

I see the way God is working in my life, and the beautiful humans God is bringing my way. This is something so powerful , that I know it’s his doing. I am so blessing to wake up everyday knowing I get to do something I love with people I love. To me, this isn’t a job. It’s my way of LIVING! It’s FUN! It’s passionate!!! You are my WHY!!!!!!!

Again, thank you for being here. It means more to me than you’d ever know. 🥹❤️ see you next weekend!

HYROX CAMP SUMMER 2026!!!!! July 9th-12th will be my fifth ever HYROX camp and the biggest camp yet to date!!!🥰🩷 can’t wait to see you guys in Charleston, spend the weekend working out and showing you my home!

I started this camp so we could get people together that are training for the same thing. Then you can build friendships, relationships, and maybe find a race partner! A lot of the people that have come to camp have raced together with someone they met at camp!!

If you’re thinking about coming we still have some spots open. This is happening in downtown Charleston area. It’s a weekend of learning how to train, a weekend of running, hyrox and FUN! It’s going to be hot, so GET READYYYYY!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥😉❤️

Hitting sub 60 in hyrox, how, training and more! After NYC we pulled at 1:02. Moving forwards in my training I need to be smart, lock in, and focus on the areas I can improve to come back and hit that sub 60!!!

To anyone who watches my content, just know my KMs were 7-8 minutes when I started. It’s taken me over 3 years to build this, but it’s a reminder that you can go so far when you keep showing up. So do NOT get discouraged, keep putting in the work. You are doing amazing!

You can see all your stats from your races using .app if you download the app, you can add all your races and you can see your data from all of them!
