January is shaping up to be on par with lead count numbers from September and October of 2025. Increase in both purchase and refinance leads for all lenders.

MTD for January we are already at 11K leads which is near all time highs for Bankingbridge. The leads are out there and now is a good time to start spending with sites like Bankrate, Mortgage Research Center, NerdWallet, Icanbuy, and Own Up. All great lead sources.
