I have a few spots left in my upcoming Yoga and Wellness retreat in the Highlands of NC!

Spend a long weekend in community in the beautiful blue ridge mountains at Flat Mountain Farm (festured in Magnolia Home, Southern Living, and so many more). The scandanavian meets country design of the barn and three separate houses is the perfect luxury mountain aesthetic for this intimate gathering. I am so excited to host here.

Enjoy daily (sometimes 2x day) yoga, guided breathwork offerings, farm to table meals by my talented sister Amanda Moon Callahan, hiking, a 30 minute custom massage, and community connection!
