Abby joined the 5th Street Group in 2018 as Marketing & Sales Coordinator for the Charlotte market and quickly made her mark. Through consistent results and creative leadership, she earned multiple promotions, became a Partner in 2021 and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing & Promotions in 2022. Today, she oversees all markets and helps drive what’s next for 5SG.

Lauren Kearsley is one of 5th Street Group's longest tenured employees. Since joining the company in 2012, she has worn many hats, moving from office assistant to eventually becoming head of Accounting and Human Resources and overseeing just about everything in between.

She possesses more institutional knowledge than most anyone and embodies company ideals, while wearing integrity as a badge of honor.

As Vice President of Company Culture, she leads from the top down by example, inspiring positivity, creativity and purpose in the work we do every day!

Matt Pressley began with the 5SG as a server at Church and Union Charleston. Instantly beloved by his coworkers and management, Matt has been a leader and an important voice within the 5SG leadership

Following a similar model to much of our leadership at 5SG, Matt got to where he is by earning his stripes, getting down in the trenches with his team; thereby always commanding their respect.

Matt’s approach is the beating heart of what the 5SG is all about.
