Over the past 10 years I've had the pleasure coaching clients in person changing their lives forever! Over the past two years I've been able to introduce coaching clients online and diving into reaching more lives to impact. I've learned a lot and this has given me purpose to grow my online coaching business. And with that being said I'd like to officially introduce my "Forever Fit Formula."

Have you ever felt like you’ve lost that part of yourself that thrived on competition, confidence, and pride in your body?

👉 Your food, drinks, and fatigue dictate how you feel.
👉 You avoid mirrors and hide behind excuses.
👉 You wonder if it’s just “aging”… or if you’re letting yourself slip.

I get it. I’ve been there and I've seen too many men go through this — and the truth is, you don’t have to stay stuck.

This week, I’m giving away just 5 FREE assessment calls for guys who are ready to take control again. On the call, we’ll:
✔ Identify what’s holding you back
✔ Create a plan to reset your training, nutrition & habits
✔ Outline the next steps so you can finally feel like yourself again

If you’re ready to get back the strength, confidence, and control you once had — DM me “READY” today before spots fill up.

We don’t chase trends. We create real-life results: stronger bodies, better habits, and confidence that lasts.

I’m not your typical fat-loss coach. If you’re just looking for another crash diet or cookie-cutter program, that’s not me.

I don’t hand out ‘basic healthy habits’ and hope they stick — I build the right strategies for your goals, your current fitness level, and where you want to be long-term.

I call myself a strength, nutrition, and mindset coach because this isn’t just about dropping pounds — it’s about rebuilding your body, reshaping your habits, and regaining the energy and confidence you thought you’d lost.

Fat loss might be part of it, but most of my clients’ real results are life-changing: moving pain-free, feeling strong again, showing up for their families, and finally living in a body they’re proud of.

As we embark on this Habit series I wanted to chat about the Habit Loop.

Best described as a feedback loop, the Habit Loop is a four step process that is not something that happens occasionally but rather it is an endless feedback loop that is running and active during every moment you are alive.

This "habit loop" is continually scanning the environment, predicting what will happen next, trying out different responses, and learning from the results.

In summery, the cue triggers a craving, which motivates a response, which provides a reward, which satisfies the craving and , ultimately, becomes associate with the cue. Together, these four steps create a neurological feedback loop.

How do we consciously put this into action...

We can split these four steps into two phases: the problem phase and the solution phase. The problem phase includes the cue and the craving, and it is when you realize that something needs to change. The solution phase includes the response and the reward, and it is when you take action and achieve the change you desire.

All behavior is driven by the desire to solve a problem. Sometimes the problem is that you notice something good and you want to obtain it. Sometimes the problem is that you are experiencing pain and you want to relieve it. Either way, the purpose of every habit is to solve the problems you face.

I've been off social media content creating for quite some time now. I have spent some time deciding where I want to spend my time and where it is spent the best.

Two years ago as I was going to therapy for depression and substance abuse I read a book called Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book taught me to understand how to create and maintain habits that will by far take me further than any hand out. I now introduce the science of habit forming to my clients so that they can create a back bone to stand on for the rest of their lives.

Habits are the compound interest of improvement, getting 1% better every day counts a lot in the long run.

Habits are a double edged sword, they can work for you or against you.

In my opinion it takes 21 days to make or break a habit and it takes 90 days to make or break a new lifestyle.
