Whether you experienced s*xual assault, dating violence, or both—healing is possible, and you are not alone. These experiences can leave deep emotional wounds and lasting impacts, but none of it is your fault.

You may feel confused, blamed, isolated, or overwhelmed. You may grieve your old self, lose friendships, or struggle with your mental health. All of this is a normal response to trauma—not a reflection of your strength or worth.
