A lady walked into yoga class carrying an iced coffee.

The instructor smiled and said, "Today we're going to work on being present."

She nodded.

Then spent the next hour wondering if she remembered to lock the front door, whether the laundry was still in the washer, what she was making for dinner, if that text sounded rude, and if she should've gotten a bigger coffee.

At the end of class she said,
"That was exactly what I needed."

From Saturday at 2 PM through Sunday at 2 PM, the Geauga Amateur Radio Association will transform Observatory Park's Cygnus Shelter into a working amateur radio station as part of the nationwide American Radio Relay League Field Day event.

Ham radio operators from across the country will spend 24 hours connecting with as many stations as possible while demonstrating how amateur radio supports communities during events and emergencies.
