Our Tier 1 in-person training is an invitation to deepen your understanding of embodied, relational, and neurobiologically grounded eating disorder treatment alongside a supportive community.

This in-person, 3-day, foundational training offers th experiential learning opportunities for enhanced embodied understanding of the ERED fundamental concepts along with an introduction to the core maps, concepts, and experiential practices that define the ERED model.

Grounded in neurobiology, attachment theory, and somatic awareness, it offers a clear and applicable framework for understanding trauma and eating disorders beyond behavior—inviting a more relational, body-based lens into treatment.

Whether you’re a therapist, dietitian, somatic-based practitioner, or part of a multidisciplinary team, these integrative courses offer foundational knowledge to help you reimagine how embodiment and neurological regulation support recovery.

What You Will Learn
The 4 foundational principles of trauma-informed, attachment-based, and somatically integrative eating disorder treatment.
Developmental and neurologically-based models that explain how embodiment and nervous system regulation support “normative eating”.
Experiential exploration of attachment patterns and how they influence regulation, feeding dynamics, and recovery.

Evidence-based rationale for expanding the ED treatment team to include specialists in trauma, sensory processing, embodied movement, and CAM.
Opportunities for self-reflection to help providers better understand their own embodied patterns and capacity for co-regulation.
