"We plan to develop it into approximately 40 residential lots that will be 1 to 5 acres each," Chris Ehrenfeld, owner of the Bold Companies, told Triangle Business Journal.

Ehrenfeld said the homes will sell for more than $1 million and will be ready for purchase in 2026.
