Wishing everyone a very Happy Easter from the L2 Construction family! 🌸
Whether you're gathered around a dinner table, hiding eggs in the backyard, or simply
taking a breath this weekend — we hope it's filled with warmth, faith, and the people
you love most.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We are grateful for every relationship we've
built, and we don't take that lightly.

Legacy isn't built in a day—it's built over decades. 🏗️✨
This past weekend, our President and CEO had the privilege of attending the 20th (Capital Classic volleyball tournament). He saw thousands of people gathered for such a massive event, which really made him stop and think about where it all started.
Twenty years ago, founder Barry Goldberg didn't start with a national-scale tournament. He started with a vision and a "seed." It took two decades of showing up, year after year, to build the legacy we see today—now beautifully carried forward by his daughter,
In the construction world, we see this same truth every day. True impact doesn't happen overnight. It’s the result of consistent, unglamorous hard work and a team that refuses to quit on a vision. 🛠️
The Lesson: Vision gets the torch lit, but dedication is what keeps it burning for the next generation.
We’re curious—what’s a goal you’ve been working on "brick by brick"? Let us know in the comments! 👇

Feeling Grateful and Giving Back!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees, L2 Construction donated a whopping 1,575 pounds of food and essential products! That's a lot of needed supplies headed straight to local families!
This Thanksgiving season, the L2 Construction family came together to support our community in a HUGE way! We were thrilled to partner with ABC Virginia to support their annual Food Drive.
A giant thank you goes out to John and Melissa Ellerd, who volunteered their time for the massive shopping trip that made this donation possible! Talk about dedication!
And thank you to ABC Virginia, especially Jess Gillette and Pat Dean, for organizing this drive. We are so happy to help them get closer to their 6,000-pound goal!
All donations are going directly to the Dulles South Food Pantry to make sure our neighbors have full tables this holiday season. Seeing our team step up like this reminds us what true care-centric building is all about!
What are you doing to give back this holiday? Let us know in the comments!
