The only direction that I got from this client was that she wanted a glam Frozen cake for her daughter’s 4th birthday party! The design for this cake was inspired by and I’m so in love with how it turned out! Every detail on this cake pulls this theme together so flawlessly!

As we close on this year, I sit here, reflecting on all that has happened this year. This particular year has been one of the hardest years for me. It was a year of some personal failures, dark times, fearful tribulations, but also some really heartwarming moments, like marrying the love of my life and watching my business grow.

This year was a year that started off with challenges and difficulties and made a full circle by ending on a devastating note. I recently experienced a sudden loss, a loss that was a source of prayers and blessings for me, and loss that provided strength and comfort in my difficult times, a loss that is simply irreplaceable.

This year has taught me many things, but the most important lesson I have learned is that life is truly unexpected and you are not guaranteed tomorrow, let alone the next minute or even the next second of your life. I have learned to value every single moment of life and to spend it with my loved ones; tell them I love them, hug them and hold them close to my heart, and let go of the little things that simply don’t matter.

Cakes by Sabah is a labor of love that I am so proud of. It gives me great joy to be a part of your memorable events. But 2022 is all about giving my time to my family, which means I will have very limited availability in the new year. My inquiry form will have all of my available dates and I will not be able to accommodate orders on days that I am unavailable. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
