Spring Break and Summer Camps are starting to fill up in our area. Check out what's available at Evolution Basketball and our Local High Schools at Centreville and Westfield.

We ended our last camp with some meditation music and lights off and quiet time. As the players closed their eyes and practiced breathing, the coaches told stories about “taking the game-winning shot…” stories about “trusting yourself in the big moment.” Stories about “driving down the lane and looking up at the clock to take the right shot at the right time.” Here’s to seeing the visualizations become a reality in 2024. We are happy to announce that we're hosting a Christmas Break Camp on Monday, 12/18 at The Centreville United Methodist Church. We had over 100 campers at our Christmas Break camp last year, but space will only allow us to take 50 this year. If you are interested, register today! See you soon!

If you liked our camps, you'll love Upward Basketball -- a K-6 league that plays it's games and practices at The Centreville United Methodist Church. As the league director, I highly recommend this league for players who want to learn the game or are taking their first steps into basketball. It's a unique format. We have about 400 kids participate each Winter. Hope to see you there!
