June Market Update | Phoenix Metro

The June market continues to favor buyers, creating more opportunities to negotiate repairs, closing cost assistance, and even mortgage rate buydowns. Buyer activity is gaining momentum too, with homes under contract up 5.1% and closed sales up 7.6% compared to last year.

For sellers, well priced and well presented homes are still attracting buyers, and if mortgage rates trend lower later this summer, we could see another boost in demand.
