Congrats to my return clients who just closed on their investment home using a DSCR product. They didn’t have to provide any income, we went off the rent schedule that’s common for the area to offset the new mortgage payment. In this particular case the rent schedule was under 1.20 ratio and pricing was affected, but no worries because I am best priced!
