If your back and neck are tight and achy, you absolutely need your chest and arms opened up.
The muscles in the front of our upper body are constantly being used to look/lean/reach forward since that’s where most of our modern lives exist. When the shoulders get rolled forward, the scapula struggles to rotate properly, which can lead to rotator cuff issues as well as compensation in the traps, neck, and upper back. I know you know what I’m talking about.
After we get everything loosened up, I set up a personalized aftercare plan that involves stretching and strengthening the appropriate muscle groups so you have the tools to take care of yourself between time ups! We can also train together in person, so if you need more guidance or a place to work on your self care, please ask 😊.

Full body tune up for my dude .
We always find a mix of trigger point work, cupping, scraping, & stretching is best when going head to toe.
I just do things as I feel they are necessary and do not require clients to book specific modalities ahead of time, so if you want to try something out, please ask!! I have openings for a few new clients. Message me first so we can do quick consult and I can find a time that works for you 🤙🏾.

If you ever feel like you’re just jammed up, this is for you! Traction in the spine and/or the hip can help relieve disc issues and low back pain. I mix this in with massage, stretching, and strength training to get the best results 🪄.
This is also an announcement that my weekend calendar is completely booked for now and I am only able to take new clients Monday-Friday. Please direct message with any questions or scheduling requests. Insurance and HSA accepted depending on your coverage.

Last upper body tune up for !! I’m getting into the forearms, biceps, and shoulders to help him get into front rack.
If you have trouble with front squats or cleans, the issue most likely stems from shoulder rotation. Over time, muscles in the triceps, lats, and forearms will compensate and get tight. So I address it all 🦾.
Scraping, cupping, stretching, and massage are all used together and are included when you book a session.
I am officially out of the office for a week but I’ve got some room on my weekday clinic schedule for the end of July. DM if you’re interested or have any questions regarding insurance, HSA, or scheduling.
