The office is OPEN!!! With that said, as much as Dr. Corey wants to help everyone, we also understand the importance of taking the right precautions to insure everyone that enters this office remains safe.

Please answer these 4 questions before entering the office, and if you answer yes to any of them I ask you to NOT come in right now.
1. Have you or anyone you have been in contact with in the last 14 days, tested positive for the COVID-19 virus?
2. Have you or anyone you have been in contact with the last 14 days traveled to Asia(China), Italy, Spain, Iran, Greece or the United Kingdom?
3. Have you or anyone you have been in contact with in the last 14 days been sick including running a high fever(greater than 100), dry or wet cough, having trouble breathing or overall not feeling well?
4. Are you currently experiencing difficulty breathing, bouts of coughing or running a fever greater than 100?

We appreciate all of our patients and we want to work together to keep everyone safe and healthy. We can get through this together.
